Zimkhitha is an Admitted Attorney with a right of appearance at the High Court. She holds a Masters’ degree in Private Law with key expertise on deceased estates, insolvencies, trusts, curatorship and Guardian Fund. She worked at the Master’s office for 18 years
Published ‘Practical Challenges relating to the supervision of small estates’ article for Journal for Juridical Science: Volume 41 Number 1 in June 2016.
Examiner for paper 2 of the Attorneys Admission exam for the Legal Practice Council – Free State, since 2014 and also is an instructor at the Bloemfontein Law School.
She has experience with matters of corporate governance as she serves on a few boards as a director and has completed training with the Directors’ Association and qualified as a Professional Director.
